Position Summary:
As an Assistant Installer, you will assist the Lead Installer with the on-site delivery and installation of custom closets and organizational systems. This is an entry-level position with excellent growth potential for individuals who are hands-on, mechanically inclined, and customer focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the safe loading, transport, and unloading of custom cabinetry and components
- Help with the installation of closets, pantries, offices, and garage systems in client homes
- Follow instructions from the Lead Installer and ensure each job is completed to spec
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Represent the company professionally and courteously in client interactions
- Follow all company and job site safety protocols
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving installation challenges
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Carpentry or installation experience is a plus but not require. Training is provided
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, levels, saws)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Oxford
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Positive attitude, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
