Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shop Team Member to join our production team. This role involves assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of custom cabinetry and organizational systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assemble custom cabinetry and organizational systems according to specifications.
- Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards and installation.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in woodworking or cabinet making is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
