We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Support Team Member to support and develop our in-home sales team. This position is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

· Exceed sales objectives by supporting our in-home sales team toward achieving success

· Support the daily operations of our sales team

· Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives

· Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies

· Assist sales personnel with preparing client proposals and design documentation

· Assist with showroom presentations or client walk-ins when needed

Requirements

· No degree or certification is needed

· Strong personal sales track record

· Willing to follow our proven sales model

This is a full-time, hourly position with monthly incentive opportunities and benefits.
