We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales team. This position is a full-time inside management position.

Responsibilities

· Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success

· Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel

· Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions

· Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives

· Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies

Requirements

· No degree or certification is needed

· Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years

· Strong personal sales track record

· Willing to follow our proven sales model

This is a full-time, salaried position with a quarterly incentive opportunity and benefits.
